Welcome to the Rotary District 5890 Rotary Foundation Committee page!

As in prior years, this committee’s website will always be "a work in progress." We will add or modify items for the current year as necessary and appropriate.

On the left-hand side of this page are the links to each area of content and the documents you might want to read, understand, fill out a form, or contact a person regarding an area of interest. Should you want to contact any of the District Foundation Committee members, please contact the Sub-Committee Chair first, before the members of a committee. The Sub-Committee Chair usually has more complete information about that area of interest than committee members. You are always free to contact me directly as well.

I am truly looking forward to helping your club have a great year!  If you have an idea of how we can do things better, contact me.

If you need a speaker for a club meeting, many of the Rotarians on the District Foundation Committee are willing and able to come present!

NOTE: If you gave any questions about the 2024-2025 District 5890 Qualification Package, contact Dona Burke, our Stewardship Chair, at dlburke91@gmail.com or (832) 808-7875. If you gave any questions about the 2024-2025 District Grant Application contact the Grants Subcommittee Chair Beckie Stockstill Cobb at  beckie@stockstillandassociates.com

The Rotary Zones 25B and 29 Coordinators have gathered some of the best practices that lead to successful achievement of the goals in Membership, Foundation, Public Image, Polio, and Endowment/Major Gifts. In order to encourage your participation and help guide the development of successful strategies, the Zone Leaders have created a Regional Rotary Roadmap for each area that demonstrates adoption of the interventions. To support additional innovative strategies, you can also share your best practices when submitting the Roadmap Checklist.

The Rotary Foundation Donor Recognition
Your generous contributions to The Rotary Foundation are essential to securing and growing Rotary programs throughout the world. We recognize donors to express our gratitude for your commitment, offering individual and club recognition as well as naming opportunities that enable you to honor a friend or family member with a named or endowed gift.
The Rotary Foundation Thanks You For Your Support in 2023!

Planned giving - doing good in the world beyond your lifetime

Through a planned gift, donors can provide ongoing support to Rotary programs. Donors can choose structured gifts to be made after their lifetimes, and take advantage of financial and tax benefits, which vary by country.

Not sure how to get started based upon age, giving amount or assets?  Need details for your financial advisor or how to change your will?
When you plan a gift to Rotary through your estate of financial plans, you will continue a 100-year tradition of uniting leaders from all continents, cultures, and industries for the common good.  It is easier than you might think, and you've come to the right place to learn more.  Use the link below to learn about how planned giving can help you achieve your charitable and financial goals.
