Our Rotary District 5890 is one of 400 Rotary districts in the world that has the Rotary Leadership Institute (RLI). We're a member of the Lone Star Division of the Rotary Leadership Institute International which includes districts throughout the State of Texas.
Our District 5890 RLI Co-Chair is Kathy Fenninger, and under her leadership we're helping Rotarians and Rotaractors gain knowledge, develop leadership & professional skills, plus help members the "who, what, how, and why" about Rotary.
