These Rotary club cooking teams usually serve their outstanding food at their fundraisers...but they're firing up their cooking rigs and preparing their fabulous food just for you at this D5890 event!
~ Dan Meaux/Crawfish Shack in Crosby - World famous Boiled Crawfish with potatoes & corn (they're cooking 600+ pounds!) ~
~ Eric Kennedy’s world famous Pit BBQ ribs, brisket, sausage and more ~
~ Their World Renowned Fried Catfish ~
~ Authentic Mexican Tamales. Forget Tex-Mex, these are the real tamales here! ~
