Public Image isn’t about publicity — it’s about clarity. When we tell the story of a Rotary Foundation grant, we help people understand the human impact behind the work. A powerful Rotary story always begins with the human need. Not the grant number, not the budget — the people - and that includes the donors that help the dream become reality.
Recognition is one of the most powerful tools we have to strengthen our clubs. When we celebrate our members and our Rotary Foundation donors, we reinforce the culture of service that makes Rotary special. Recognition boosts engagement, increases retention, and inspires others to step forward. When people feel seen, they stay involved — and they give. Below are simple, meaningful ways your club can honor the people who make Rotary possible.
Materials below have been created by Rotary District 5890 to assist you in thanking and recognizing members of your club, or community, at your club meetings as donors to The Rotary Foundation.
