Another successful “Motorcycle Ride to End Polio Now.”
What a day! Over $30,000 raised by three of our District 5890 Rotary clubs partnering to raise funds for the Rotary Foundation's PolioPlus Fund to #EndPolioNow!
Thanks to generous Rotary clubs and Rotary donors, plus to the Blue Knights and their supporters, more than $30,000 for the Rotary Foundation's PolioPlus Fund was raised.
The ride and the weather were perfect. The riders rolled out from Buc-ee's in Baytown to Mama Jack's Cafe in Kountze, shared a great lunch and fellowship and then headed back home.
To every Rotarian and club who rode, donated, or cheered them on: thank you. A special thank-you to the Blue Knights for joining and supporting the cause. Together, we're one step closer to a polio-free world.
