Grants Qualification Training Instructions

To qualify for a 2025-2026 District Grant, the club must have (1) the 2025-2026 Club President, and (2) at least one other member, attend Grants Training.
To apply for a District Grant or a Global Grant, a club must qualify.
This includes:
- Two people, including the president-elect in your club, must attend the District grants training.
- Clubs must submit the "District Grant Qualification Packet" to Carlo Sosa, our Stewardship Chair at RotaryDistrict5890Grants@gmail.com by June 3, 2024.
- Clubs must submit a "District Grant Application" by June 3, 2024 to Grants Subcommittee Chair Beckie Stockstill Cobb at beckie@stockstillandassociates.com and Stewardship Chair, Carlo Sosa at RotaryDistrict5890Grants@gmail.com
- Clubs must submit a "Final Report" for your 2025-2026 grant by April 30, 2026.
2024-2025 District Grant Qualifiers and Requirements
Grant Qualifiers
- If club has Foundation giving in the Rotary year 2022-2023, 2023-2024, and 2024-2025, club will receive $1,000.00.
- Each year of the 2022-2025 years you have 100.00 per capita, club will receive $500.00 per year achieved.
- The MAXIMUM Matching Funds for 2025-2026 is: $2,500.00
Grant Requirements:
- Appoint Club Foundation Chair
- Commit to appropriately publicize grant(s)
- No overdue reports or unpaid dues
- Agree to implement the club MOU and other necessary documents (in the Grant Qualification Package)
- 2025-26 Club President and at least one member to participate in Grants Management Seminar
- Enter club Rotary Foundation giving goals in Rotary Club Central
